At this time of the year, people are focused on New Year’s resolutions, but what if you instead focused on your intentions, make a commitment to persevere, so that you achieve your goals. Making a commitment to yourself to succeed is very powerful. My three words for 2016 are Connect, Learn, and Invest, and those are important words for me, but I will only achieve those when I have a clear intention and persevere during tough times.
