You are the conductor of your business, and there comes a time when you take someone as far as he or she can go with your business. Set aside 15 minutes to do a simple exercise. Make one list of the people who inspire you, and another list for those who tire you. In a perfect world, you would shed the people who tire you. But we do not live in a perfect world, and you cannot shed everyone who tires you. The next best thing is to limit the amount of time you spend around the people who drain you – that you cannot shed. What are the priorities in your business? Take time to answer this question, because it’s critical if you are interested in growing a business fast. You need a product that represents your unique message. Everything you generate in your business has three purposes. For example, say you write an amazing blog post, you should use juicy pieces from it for a Facebook status update. And you should also pull out pieces to tweet.
