Blogging is a legitimate job, and has been so for a few years now. My blog is a business, and it’s with that lens, that I approach this blog post. There are many websites where you can get exceptional looking images for free. And there are websites where you can buy image packs, or pay a monthly subscription fee to access images. I buy image packs, and I also pay a monthly subscription. But I also like to use my own photos, why? Because they are unique. Yes, you can edit the other images that you access online using Canva or Photoshop. But I feel a sense of pride when I have the perfect photo to complement my blog post. I take photos using my smartphone all the time. However, I intend to buy a camera since I plan to start traveling again.

Blogger Gift Ideas: iPad or Other Surface Tablet & Accessories

A few months ago, I purchased an iPad, my first Apple product. I love my iPad. I mostly use it to read in bed, and sometimes I watch video courses I have purchased. I am not big on listening to podcasts, but I know that I should start. Besides reading books, bloggers can use a tablet to listen to their favorite podcast and TED Talks.

When I traveled to Dallas last summer for a conference, I took my iPad instead of my laptop computer. What I realized is that I would have loved a keyboard and a mouse.
