Professionals are always looking for productivity tools and resources to make their lives easier, and I'd like to share three that I recently learned about. One of the tools adds voice messaging to your website and the other two make book formatting a cinch.

SpeakPipe: This is a widget you can add to the home page of your blog, which allows your readers and customers to leave a voice message for you. I just added it to The Invisible Mentor blog and tested it. It works great and is very easy to install. Please read How To Add Voice Mail To Your WordPress Blog (Or Any Website) and watch the short video from Tracy Matthewman.
Book Design Templates: If you're like me, and do not have design software, but would like to create professional looking books in your word processing software, these book design templates are for you. I will be investing in a set for myself. Please read Self-Published Books Get a Major Overhaul with BookDesignTemplates.com.
Scrivener: You can write your ebook in Microsoft Word, upload it into Scrivener, which will format it beautifully for you. You can get a trial version for 30 days, but it's for actual use, so if you use it once a week, it will last you for 30 weeks. Please read How to Publish Your eBook from Word to Kindle in under Ten Minutes, which explains all the steps involved in using Scrivener.
Please let me know your thoughts in the comments section below. If you enjoyed this post, please share it.
Book links are affiliate links.
