Mentoring Quotes for National Mentoring Month

January 1st marks the first day of National Mentoring Month. Over the years, I have collected a few quotes, which can play the part of a mentor in a moment. Some of these quotes are very poignant. For instance, as a mentor, your role is not to create a mini you, but to bring out the essence of your mentee. And if you are using others as invisible mentors, do not mold yourself into a carbon copy of another person, study several people and image their best behaviours.National Mentoring Month
