Goals and Objectives

What are your goals and objectives for the next 10 years? If we were sitting here 10 years from now, what would have had to happen for you to feel personally and professionally successful and fulfilled? Work your way back to the present to identify the steps you need to take to ensure that you get to the future you envision. What’s one action you can take today to lead you in that direction?

Because it’s the summertime now in many countries, and work is often slower, make use of the opportunity to take that one action now, then take another one, and the next one and in no time you’ll be amazed by how much you have accomplished. Your path may be zigzagged, but you’ll be on your way to accomplishing your 10-year goal.
